CRITERIA.

A defined, balanced and proportionate physique is required. Definition, balance and proportion is expected to be even through all areas of the body. Eg: a hard defined upper body with small soft legs will be considered unbalanced and judged accordingly.

Muscle size is important in this round too. This is not a dieting contest. Bigger, harder and proportionate physiques will be judged above physiques with “stringy” looking muscles.

The muscularity of a competitor cannot be judged with a layer of subcutaneous fatty tissue under the skin. Competitors will be marked down accordingly if they present a smooth look.
